📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement field promotion activities and campaigns to educate farmers on sustainable farming practices.
• Conduct farmer engagement sessions to gather insights and address their needs and concerns.
• Coordinate with local agricultural extension officers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption of our initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of field promotion activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on field promotion activities and farmer engagement outcomes.
• Assist in the organization of training sessions and workshops for farmers on new agricultural technologies and best practices.
• Support the development and implementation of community-based agricultural projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all field promotion activities and farmer engagement interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Extension, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural extension, farmer engagement, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agricultural technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North Sumatra.
