Urban Byte Dinamis is seeking a dedicated and responsible Assistant Security Guard to join our team in Bontang. As an Assistant Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond promptly to security incidents, such as break-ins, thefts, or disturbances, and take appropriate action to resolve them.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.,Collaborate with other security personnel and relevant departments to enhance the overall security of the organization.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related role is preferred.,Good physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Familiarity with security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent is a plus.
