In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-impact training programs for technical staff, dealers, and end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

You will work closely with the Training Center Manager to design and implement training programs using industry-standard tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360. Previous experience with eLearning platforms such as Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs for technical staff, dealers, and end-users.
• Collaborate with the Training Center Manager to design and implement training programs using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive eLearning modules.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure training programs align with company goals.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in agricultural machinery training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with industry-standard training tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360.
• Knowledge of eLearning platforms like Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
