As a Deputy Department Head, you will play a crucial role in overseeing department operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and driving the department towards its goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee department operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.,Monitor department budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and training as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in team-building activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a pharmacy or retail setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
