📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
