📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B unit, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Control and manage inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and availability of products.,Monitor and report on F&B sales and performance metrics to management.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the F&B area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using relevant F&B management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.
