📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers' homes and businesses to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate settlements and follow up on collections.
• Maintain accurate records of collections using our proprietary collection system.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our customers.
• Work closely with our team to achieve our collection targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful collections.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Understanding of local regulations and customs in Kalimantan Tengah.
