📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize property listings across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) and our own website.
• Create and update high-quality property descriptions, images, and videos to showcase our properties to a global audience.
• Monitor listing performance metrics, such as views, clicks, and bookings, to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.
• Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure our listings are up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our listings are competitive and attractive to potential guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our partners and guests, addressing any issues or concerns related to our listings.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and drive bookings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of online travel agencies (OTAs) and property management systems, such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling property descriptions and marketing materials.
