📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates for various roles within the organization.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
