📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Monitor application performance and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new applications.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to safeguard critical data.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application administration.
• Document all processes and procedures for future reference and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application administration, with a strong background in enterprise applications.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, or Oracle are a plus.
• Proficient in using tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
