📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the physician,Assist in the preparation and administration of intravenous (IV) therapy,Perform basic patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding,Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of patient care,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems,Valid certification or license as an Assistant Nurse (preferred but not required),Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
