📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery.,Train and supervise front-line staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Assist in preparing and presenting menus and specials.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall service strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B service or related roles.,Proven experience in a similar position with a reputable company.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
