📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process,Maintain and update employee records,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in company events and activities,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Good knowledge of HR software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
