📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.,Support the Outlet Staff in handling customer inquiries and transactions.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Help with the preparation and organization of promotional materials and displays.,Support the Outlet Staff in adhering to company policies and procedures.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.,Support the Outlet Staff in achieving daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
