📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support decision-making.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
