PT Mulya Media is looking for a talented and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational technology and a deep understanding of the learning and development needs of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the learning needs of employees.,Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve our learning and development programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate them into our programs.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on educational technology.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
