NOVA Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds with a mix of office and field work.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and food preparation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards in the food and beverage industry.
