As a Junior HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR team in managing HR documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
