Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.,Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.,Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.,Report on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital marketing initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, and PPC.,Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
