📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental targets.,Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with the last 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and driving organizational growth.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
