📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.,Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development.,Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native Android/iOS development.,Experience with cloud services and APIs.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and leadership skills.
