In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.,Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong technical skills in relevant engineering disciplines.,Proven experience in project management and leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
