Rejeki Oka Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security operations, maintaining a safe environment, and enforcing security protocols. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the clinic premises to ensure the safety of staff and patients.,Enforce security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.,Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the premises.,Manage and supervise a team of security guards.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record of managing security operations effectively.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.,Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
