📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and employees.,Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in the law.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Maintain and update the company's legal records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
