📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the bakery to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of bakers and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product quality.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present operational reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
