Duta Oka Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a good understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process financial transactions, including payments and receipts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve financial issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation and submission of financial documents, such as invoices and bank deposits.,Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure a positive experience.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a healthcare or financial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.,Excellent administrative and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
