📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they meet performance goals.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
