📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attract customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Organize and maintain the store layout to optimize product placement and flow.,Promote products through in-store displays, point-of-purchase materials, and visual merchandising techniques.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on merchandising best practices.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or sales.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
