📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe workflow.,Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and safety.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage warehouse budget and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and logistics operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
