📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron guest linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Inspect linens for damage or stains, and address any issues promptly.
• Manage laundry inventory, including restocking supplies and monitoring usage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel cleaning protocols.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless transition of clean linens to guest rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Assist with special laundry requests and emergency situations as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a laundry or housekeeping role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and software, such as Laundry Management System.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of laundry items.
• Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
