📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of our properties, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and revenue management.
• Work closely with senior management to gain insights into the strategic decision-making process.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Support the marketing and sales efforts of the hotel, including guest relations and sales promotions.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports and other management information.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, is a plus.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
