Finance & Accounting Officer - Kudus Mall Extension

Join Lippo Malls Indonesia, a leading retail property developer and operator in Indonesia, as our Finance & Accounting Officer for the Kudus Mall Extension project. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our newest mall in Kudus. You'll be working closely with our finance team, handling everything from budgeting and financial reporting to managing vendor payments and ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.

As a Finance & Accounting Officer at Lippo Malls Indonesia, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making. You'll also work with our construction and operations teams to ensure that all financial transactions related to the Kudus Mall Extension are properly recorded and processed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process and reconcile bank statements, journal entries, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Perform budgeting and forecasting for the Kudus Mall Extension project.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a retail or property development environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
