As a Clinic Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care. You'll assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical record management using our in-house software, MedRec. You'll also support our clinical team by preparing examination rooms, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about healthcare and want to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling using MedRec software.
- Prepare examination rooms for doctors and staff, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Manage medical records and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Support clinical staff by handling patient inquiries and providing information.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the clinic.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including MedRec software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is a plus.
